As we wrap up the first semester, we want to give a huge shout-out to our amazing students, families, and staff. You powered through the fall like champs, and now it’s officially time to slide into winter break mode. Rest, recharge, and enjoy the season — you’ve earned it.
Before you head out, swing by Lost & Found for one last look! Anything still hanging out in there will be donated to a local thrift store. If it’s yours, rescue it now before it begins its exciting second life elsewhere.

As we move along through the year, please take a moment to review the following important reminders:
•Synergy Updates:
Please ensure that all information in Synergy remains accurate and up to date. This includes verifying emergency contacts, authorized pick-up personnel, and any other relevant student or family details. Keeping this information current is essential for student safety and effective communication.
•Absences and Documentation:
Remember to call in absences promptly so they can be properly logged and coded. When applicable, please provide doctor’s notes to support accurate attendance records.
•APS Transfer Window:
The APS transfer window for the 2026–2027 school year is now open. If you are considering a transfer, please review the guidelines and submit your request within the designated timeframe. Thank you for your continued attention to these details and for your commitment to maintaining accurate records and smooth operations throughout the year.
