SASM Volunteers

APS has recently revised its process for requesting unsupervised volunteers.

Scheduling Fingerprinting:

After completing the google form, applicants will be given instructions to schedule their fingerprinting

appointment at:

6400 Uptown Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110

After Fingerprinting:

Once processed, the applicant will receive an email with instructions for obtaining their badge.

Badging takes place at:

APS Graphics, 912 Oak St. SE, Albuquerque, NM 87106

 Applicants must bring a valid photo ID for badge issuance.

Clearance Forms:

Applicants will receive a finalized copy of their Clearance Form while receiving their badge.

It is the applicant’s responsibility to deliver the form and have the school make a copy of their badge as the final process to be completed. You can just email me the form and badge when it is complete gallegos_pat@aps.edu.

1. Become a Supervised Volunteers.  These volunteers must always be in line of sight supervision by an APS staff member.
